This Week’s 5 Things

5 Things that made me smile this week:

1. HAPPY HOUSE

This week they were construction workers. Maia loved it but wasn’t so happy when I had to take away her plastic screwdriver because she was running around the room trying to pop bubbles with it, and I was afraid she might poke a baby’s eye out. Yes it’s plastic, but in the hands of a three year old it’s still a tiny weapon.

2. BREATHE MAGAZINE

I’ve recently discovered a magazine called Breathe. Sometimes I’ll take Maia to the magazine aisle, she’ll pick up a Peppa Pig magazine and I’ll stand for 2-3 minutes flicking through Breathe. The last page always has something meaningful and I did like the back cover this month:

3. CHILDREN IN NEED GINGERBREAD WOMAN:

I refused to buy her a third Children In Need Cupcake so we switched to Gingerbread.

4. THE ANSWER

I am currently reading a book called The Answer, (it’s all about The Law of Attraction, powerful stuff..) it’s full of quotes, this was one of them:
